When you contract with 2Fish Web Design you are agreeing to the following terms of service:
We Will Work With You Until You Are Happy Guarantee
Creating something that you will love is our highest priority. This requires you to submit all requested information as per our guidelines that you will receive when signing your initial contract and a thorough completion of your job description form. This also requires you to submit your feedback on the job as we go.
We work with you in stages; initially creating the base colours for your site – once a stage is complete; change of mind and wanting to re-do a stage will incur additional costs, however we won’t move on to the next stage until you are completely happy with your choices (eliminating unnecessary charges).
After a logo is finalised any changes, re-dos or adjustments incur charges (as per to be expected). We encourage you to be thorough when submitting your feedback to eliminate any unwarranted additional charges. We know this is common sense but need to cover all bases.
7 Day Delivery Guarantee
This depends on the submission of your content and images and also the speediness of your response. We require all feedback within 12 hours so that we can make the requested changes from our end and is dependant on the speed of your response and the submission of your information and images.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Once work has commenced on your job all payments are final and no refunds will be given. Websites require a 25% deposit and regular instalments as outlined in your private contract / agreement.
All websites remain the property of 2Fish Web Design until payment is made in full; at which point your final handover will be conducted and your training will commence. We are not responsible for any changes that you make yourself and will charge a fee to fix any errors that may occur due to any outside parties working on the website. We are also not responsible for any hosting down time, your website is hosted by an external company and is not directly associated with 2Fish Web Design.
Consultation / Bookings Policy
Bookings can be rescheduled up until 48hrs prior to your appointment without incurring any additional charges.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hrs of your scheduled appointment are non refundable and non transferrable.
Non-attendance to your appointment is non refundable and non transferrable
If you arrive late to your appointment the appointment will only run until the time that you have paid for. If you book an hour and arrive 15 minutes late, unfortunately your appointment will be cut short to 45 minutes.
We encourage all of our clients to arrive 10 minutes early.
